HOW TO GET SMOOTH BODY SKIN - Jurlique US

HOW TO GET SMOOTH BODY SKIN

We focus so much on our facial skin care rituals that we often forget to cater to our body skin too. Baby soft skin can be achievable at any age. You most likely have the foundational steps of body skin care, like showering and applying lotion, down pat but let’s take it from the top. Keep reading for our secrets to achieving smooth body skin.BEFORE THE SHOWERHealthy-looking, smooth body skin starts from the inside out. Do a skin check. If it’s looking dry, or even scaly then your skin barrier is probably not getting enough nutrients and moisture. Our skin’s barrier does a lot of protective work for us, so we need show it some love back.Stay hydrated: The human body is made up of about 60-70% of water, so drinking enough of it is essential to keep your body functioning at a better capacity both internally and externally. The same way you feel parched when you’re thirsty is the same way your skin does.Up your wholefood and superfood intake: We say that the best diet for good skin is made up of a rainbow of fruit, veggies and wholefoods. Superfoods contain omega-3 fatty acids and (great for the keeping the top layer of your skin hydrated) vitamins A, C, E, B and D (great not only for your skin, also hair and nails).Get your sleep in: You might be wondering what sleep has to do with body skin, but it’s actually vital in assisting the repairing process of your skin. While you’re sleeping, your body goes into recovery mode, healing all the daytime damage like UV exposure, and pollution.IN THE SHOWERTemperature: Once you get into the shower, resist the urge to have a water temperature ratio of 90% hot and 10% cold. Hot steamy showers feel amazing, but they’re not great for your skin – especially in the winter months. A higher temperature can strip moisture away from your skin’s natural barrier, leaving you with drier skin in the long run. The ideal temperature should be lukewarm, not too hot, not too cold. If you can’t give up a hot shower, try and minimise your time spent under the water and how many of them you have a week.Exfoliate: Exfoliation is a crucial step to getting smooth body skin. Exfoliation helps improve rough skin texture as it buffs away dead skin cells and build up. Even though our body skin is much more resilient compared to our facial skin, it’s still important to avoid using a harsh exfoliant or over-exfoliating. We recommend using our Smoothing Body Exfoliating Gel, and applying it in the shower before washing with shower gel. It contains a perfectly balanced blend of natural exfoliators such as Walnut Shell powder and cellulose beads to polish away dead surface skin cells, revealing radiant smoother looking skin.Sud up: Not all body washes are created equal. Some body washes are filled with nasties that strip your skin leaving you with a tight, dry feeling. Opt for body washes that naturally cleanse and soften your skin. Indulge in our Softening Shower Gel Rose, a gentle soap-free shower gel that helps restore moisture to the skin, smooth and rebalance dryness. Free from soaps, sulphates, parabens, artificial colours and fragrances, your skin will feel squeaky clean but still hydrated.AFTER THE SHOWERLotion: Don’t wait too long after leaving the shower to apply your body lotion, you want your skin to be slightly damp but not wet. By doing this, your skin will absorb the moisturising benefits ofyour body lotion or body butter more readily. Our Body Lotions are nothing short of a nourishing botanical cocktail for your skin. Rich in Avocado Oil, Shea Butter and Beeswax, they help protect your skin from environmental aggressors and also keep it supple, soft and glowing.Body Oil: Seal in all that moisture with a body oil. Body oils are formulated to replenish and nurture the skin. Rich in essential fatty acids, our Rose Body Oil is lightweight, so your skin won’t be left feeling too greasy. Pour a small amount onto the palms of your hands and apply to the skin with smooth massage strokes. Not only does the delicate scent of Rose smell divine, but your skin will be left nourished and ultra-smooth and soft.Unearth a natural remedy for every body. Our aromatic selection of Shower Gels and Body Lotions are enriched with the restorative powers of Nature.

Avocado has long been the darling of superfoods, thanks to it being high in healthy fats, potassium, fibre, vitamins and other nutrients. HOW TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR SKIN IN SUMMER - Jurlique US

HOW TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR SKIN IN SUMMER

There’s nothing quite like summer. Days are endless, the sun seems to make everything better and it’s almost a given that you completely switch off and do nothing but enjoy the warmer weather for a few months. But as happy as we are to pack our coats away for the season, summer can wreak havoc on your skin if you don’t look after it properly. UVA/UVB rays are at their peak during the summer months, and the humidity and hot weather can stimulate your sebaceous glands and leave you with clogged pores – not the easy, low-maintenance summer beauty we all have in mind. To make sure you have the best skin possible this summer and discover our glowing skin care tips below. SIX TIPS FOR SUMMER-READY SKIN1. WEAR SUNSCREENBaz Lurhmann was right when he told everyone to ‘wear sunscreen’. Sunscreens act as a daily shield against harmful UV rays which penetrate your skin when exposed to the sun, as well as help prevent your skin from developing fine lines and wrinkles. Avoid sun damaged skin by wearing a broad-spectrum sunscreen daily (even if it’s cloudy) and reapply every two-three hours. 2. APPLY AN ANTIOXIDANT SERUMIf you’re not already using one, apply an antioxidant serum to your morning skin care routine. Look for one that contains vitamins C and E, which help to neutralise free radicals and strengthen and protect the skin. Try our Herbal Recovery Signature Serum and start adding antioxidant-rich foods to your diet, such as tomatoes, capsicum and strawberries. Woman touching face with hands 3. EXFOLIATEThanks to sweat and sunscreen, your pores can get clogged easily during summer, so it’s important to gently exfoliate two-three times a week. Our Daily Exfoliating Cream gently lifts and removes dead surface skin and impurities, leaving it feeling soft, smooth and polished. 4. DOUBLE CLEANSEOn those nights you’re not exfoliating, go for a double cleanse. The first cleanse will remove oil, sweat, sunscreen and make up, while the second cleanse will deep clean your pores. Try our Nourishing Cleansing Oil, it’s a great hydrating cleanser for dry skin, and leaves your skin feeling softer and smoother. 5. SWITCH TO A LIGHTER MOISTURISERA moisturiser is important every time of year but while you may reach for those richer creams in winter to help nourish dry skin, they can feel too heavy come summer. Opt for a lightweight moisturiser instead, like our Herbal Recovery Signature Moisturising Lotion, that absorbs quickly and easily into the skin while still leaving you feeling hydrated and protected. Bottle of Jurlique Rosewater Balancing Mist on table with white flowers 6. HYDRATEIn warmer temperatures we tend to lose more water, so drinking water regularly is a must for hydrated skin. A face mist will help to top up your hydration levels throughout the day too, plus they can be a welcome refresher once the temperatures rise. Try keeping a bottle of our Rosewater Balancing Mist or Lavender Hydrating Mist in your bag for easy use.

HOW TO GET RID OF BACNE - Jurlique US

HOW TO GET RID OF BACNE

As the weather warms up and we swap our turtlenecks and sweatshirts for flowy dresses and linen cami tops, the last thing you want to do is shy away from baring your back and shoulders when spring and summer approaches. Bacne can be challenging to deal with, but not impossible to tackle. Keep reading to find out how to get rid of bacne. What is Bacne?Bacne is short for ‘back acne’. While an uncomfortable and pesky concern to those suffering, it’s actually very common – similar to the acne experienced on the face, bacne is typically characterised as pimples, black heads and scarring on the back and shoulders. What causes Bacne?Bacne can be caused by an array of things. Sebaceous glands cover the vast majority of our bodies, mostly around areas that have hair follicles. These sebaceous glands secrete an oil like substance called sebum. Sebum naturally protects your skin from moisture loss, but when there is an excess of sebum production coupled with grime and dead skin cells, that’s when your skin starts to break out.How to get rid of Bacne1. Lather upWhen you jump into the shower don’t forgot to pay attention to your back, especially post-work out! The combination of sweat, dirt, oil and bacteria is the perfect environment for bacne. Reach for a body wash that has some active ingredients like salicylic acid. Salicylic acid works by “unplugging” the pores of dead skin cells while simultaneously calming down any breakouts.2. ExfoliateFollowing the theme of banishing dead skin cells, exfoliating is key to tackling bacne. The skin on our backs, shoulders and chest are a lot more tough compared to the delicate skin on our face. So, opting for a granular exfoliant is recommended. Our Smoothing Body Exfoliating Gel is a perfectly balanced blend of natural exfoliators which help to gently polish away dead surface skin cells, revealing fresher, smoother skin. A plus is that it also includes a unique micellar cleansing blend made from plant-based extracts that’ll further remove surface impurities while nurturing the skin. We recommend using the exfoliator in the shower on clean skin, before washing with soap orshower gel.3. Wash your hair firstYou most likely haven’t thought about it, but your hair conditioner could be the cause of your bacne flare ups. Most hair conditioners are filled with silicones and oils that are comedogenic (pore clogging). You wouldn’t wash your body with hair conditioner, but unintentionally that’s what’s happening when you rinse out your hair and the excess product goes down your back. Try washing your hair before you cleanse your body. If you shower first and wash your hair after, you’d be undoing the pore de-gunking work of your body wash and exfoliator.4. Wear loose-fitting clothingWhen you wear tight clothes, what you’re doing is creating a humid environment for your back. In other words, a breeding ground for bacteria. Sweat, mixed in with dirt and dead skin cells is a no-go if you want to get rid of bacne. If you’re a gym-fanatic, opt for fabrics like bamboo which is light, breathable and also absorbs moisture while regulating your body temperature. Another tip is to steer clear from laundry detergents with artificial fragrances and fabric softeners with fillers. Go for skin and Earth friendly laundry products to minimise exacerbating your bacne.5. Use natural body productsAvoid using products that could potentially further irritate your skin. Natural body products contain skin-loving, nourishing ingredients that nurture the health of your skin and are a way to help get rid of bacne naturally. Your skin is your body’s largest organ, and it acts as a protective barrier, so treat it with care. Our Calendula Cream is free from harsh chemicals and rich in pure organic botanicals grown on our farm in South Australia. Gently press into any inflamed skin you have on your back. Packed with potent plant-based antioxidants, your skin will be left feeling comforted and protected.Tip: Avoid popping or picking your bacne, as this could lead to more breakouts and scarring.Rich in pure organic botanicals, and free from harsh chemicals, our luxurious body care range naturally replenishes your skin.

WHY HYALURONIC ACID IS A SKIN CARE MUST-HAVE - Jurlique US

WHY HYALURONIC ACID IS A SKIN CARE MUST-HAVE

The word “acid” can have negative connotations, sounding harsh and too strong, especially when it comes to skin care. But hyaluronic acid (or HA) is the opposite: it’s hydrating and helps restore the skin’s natural moisture barrier, helping it appear plump and naturally glowing. It’s a great ingredient for helping to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles and is gentle enough for skin that’s prone to sensitivity or redness. We break down everything you need to know about this skin care must-have. What is hyaluronic acid? Hyaluronic acid is a naturally occurring sugar that’s found in our skin. It holds up to 1,000 times its weight in water, which helps keep our skin hydrated. Unfortunately, just like collagen, the amount of hyaluronic acid in our bodies decreases as we get older, which is why it’s often found in skin care products aimed at reducing the signs of ageing. Eating antioxidant-rich foods such as blueberries, raspberries and kale also helps the skin to retain hyaluronic acid. Why is hyaluronic acid good for your skin? Hydration, hydration, hydration. Hyaluronic acid is a powerful humectant, drawing and retaining water and helping to keep your skin continually moisturised. Although our bodies don’t produce as much as we age, thankfully we can apply it topically and reap the same benefits. When used in creams and serums, it brings moisture to the surface of the skin, can improve elasticity and helps it appear firmer. Hydrating and plumping? Sign us up. When to use hyaluronic acid? Because HA is so powerful, you only need to have one skin care product in your ritual that contains it to see the effects. You can use it once or twice daily under creams and lotions depending on your routine. For best results, use on slightly damp skin so the HA has water to bind to and doesn’t have to pull it from within.  Does hyaluronic acid clear up skin? Hyaluronic acid has a long list of skincare benefits, from plumping and soothing to anti-ageing. But can hyaluronic acid clear up skin? While it doesn’t directly target acne or blemishes, it can contribute to a clearer, more radiant complexion. As a powerful humectant, HA brings moisture to the skin’s surface, which plumps it up and helps it appear firmer. This intense hydration combined with HA’s anti-inflammatory properties can help protect the skin from acne breakouts. Where does hyaluronic acid in skincare come from? Hyaluronic acid used in skincare products is mostly derived from plant-based sources — like wheat, corn or soy. At Jurlique, our skin care products are natural-based, using botanical extracts grown on our biodynamic* farm that are carefully chosen for their skin-loving properties — including some plants that are known as nature’s answer to hyaluronic acid: Senna seed polysaccharide: This natural active is a plant-derived form of hyaluronic acid. The extract from these seeds forms a protective film on the skin that strongly binds water to provide intense moisturisation and reduce the signs of fine lines and wrinkles. It is found in our Rare Rose range. Tremella fuciformis polysaccharide: This is a rare extract that holds up to 500 times its own weight of water. It’s considered nature’s hyaluronic acid, thanks to its ability to restore dry skin to its optimal hydrated state, improving skin elasticity and promoting a healthy appearance. Find it in our Nutri-Define Supreme Rejuvenating Serum, which is applied after Activating Water Essence and before your eye care. Red clover flower extract: This powerful extract has been found to enhance the hydrating role of HA and smooth out the appearance of lines and wrinkles, and it is in our Herbal Recovery Bi-Phase Serum.  What hyaluronic acid ingredients should you look for? When looking for hyaluronic acid skin care products, it’s not just about the “HA” on the label. You also need to check the specific ingredients, size and diameter of the hyaluronic acid used. Products containing hydrolysed hyaluronic acid, sodium acetylated hyaluronate or sodium hyaluronate are all great options. Some brands combine different HA molecules for maximum effectiveness. Size matters too. Recent studies have shown that HA between 50 and 1,000 kDa works best, with 130 kDa being the sweet spot. Anything larger may just sit on your skin and not do much. FAQs What is sodium hyaluronate? Sodium hyaluronate is a water-soluble salt derived from hyaluronic acid. Due to its small molecular weight, sodium hyaluronate is easily absorbed into the skin while binding water to hydrate and plump.  What are the natural sources of hyaluronic acid? Senna seeds, white fungus (Tremella fuciformis) and red clover flowers are some natural sources of hyaluronic acid.  What does hyaluronic acid do for the skin? If you’re wondering if pure hyaluronic acid is good for the skin, the answer is a resounding yes! HA recharges the skin with hydration, alleviating dryness and restoring moisture balance. It keeps your complexion looking plump and naturally glowing. How to apply hyaluronic acid? Apply hyaluronic acid to slightly damp skin (this is key) after cleansing and exfoliating but before your moisturiser. For a nighttime hydra boost, layer on your favourite moisturiser and seal it with a few drops of facial oil. During the day, finish your routine with a moisturiser with SPF to lock in hydration and protect your skin. You can also add hyaluronic acid to your face skincare regimen through HA-infused cleansers, mists, moisturisers, serums, masks, lip care, hand care and body care products. What happens if you use too much hyaluronic acid on your face? While pure hyaluronic acid is good for the skin, too much can cause dryness, redness or irritation. Always follow up with a moisturiser to seal the hydration and provide moisture for the HA to draw — should the air around be dry.  What works well with hyaluronic acid for skin? Because hyaluronic acid is a natural component of the skin, it generally works well with just about every skincare product, including retinol, niacinamide, vitamin C, vitamin E and AHAs/BHAs. What not to mix with hyaluronic acid? Ingredients with low pH levels, as they can make hyaluronic acid less effective. What is the best concentration of hyaluronic acid? Dermatologists recommend sticking to a hyaluronic concentration between 0.5% and 2%. Can you use hyaluronic acid under your eyes? Absolutely! Because it’s a natural molecule, hyaluronic acid is super gentle on the delicate under-eye area. It’s a common ingredient in eye care products. What foods are high in hyaluronic acid? Foods high in hyaluronic acid include bone broth, leafy greens, soy, sweet potatoes, nuts and seeds, organ meats, citrus fruits and berries. *Certified biodynamic by the National Association for Sustainable Agriculture, Australia. EYE SERUM VS CREAM VS GEL: HOW TO CHOOSE THE BEST EYE CARE FOR YOU - Jurlique US

EYE SERUM VS CREAM VS GEL: HOW TO CHOOSE THE BEST EYE CARE FOR YOU

Whether your concern is fine lines, puffiness or dark circles, the skin around the eyes is often one of the first places to show signs of tiredness or ageing. Because your undereye skin is particularly thin and delicate, it pays to apply products that have been formulated specifically for this area.Unlike choosing a new cleanser or moisturiser, considering our skin ‘type’ – for example oily, combination etc. – isn’t so relevant when it comes to picking out products for use around the eyes. This is because as we age, the skin around the eyes naturally becomes much drier than the skin elsewhere on the face. Therefore, it’s more about personal preference and desired results. With creams, gels and serums to choose from, it can be tricky to know where to begin in your quest for finding the right product. You might be wondering how to cure tired eyes, what the best eye cream for wrinkles is and even whether or not eye serums really work…With lots to consider, find our simple guide to help you navigate the various textures on offer and choose the right eye care product to best suit your needs.Eye CreamEye creams are typically richer in texture and probably the closest in consistency to your daily face moisturiser. If this is your first foray into the world of eye care, an eye cream can be a great, no-nonsense place to start. It can be particularly beneficial to use an eye cream at night, allowing the product to deeply absorb into the skin while you catch up on your beauty sleep. Harnessing the power of potent botanical ingredients, our Herbal Recovery Signature Eye Cream is a nourishing choice. This cream is designed to visibly improve the appearance of the skin around the eyes and minimise wrinkles, and our scientific research has shown that our Yarrow extract in the formula helps protect your skin from collagen breakdown*.Eye GelYou may have already guessed that eye gels have a lighter consistency than creams. Although gel formulas are suitable for use in both the morning and evening, their cooling, energising properties make them a soothing choice for waking up tired peepers first thing. If puffiness is your main concern, our Herbal Recovery Signature Eye Gel could be just the ticket. Charged with farm-grown botanicals and antioxidants to deliver intense moisture, it is ideal for brightening eyes. An ultra-light formula, it will leave the eye area visibly refreshed after a late night whilst also targeting fine lines and other signs of ageing.Eye SerumSo, what does eye serum do? Perhaps the most innovative of the three, eye serums are designed to penetrate deeper into the skin than creams and gels for faster, treatment-focused results. Lovely and light in texture, serums are easily absorbed by the skin, making them perfect for use under makeup. If you’re looking for a gentle yet effective approach, our brand-new Herbal Recovery Signature Eye Serum offers just that. Super silky to apply, it improves the skin’s ability to hold onto all-important moisture, while filling in fine lines as they appear. The addition of yarrow extract works to protect your skin from collagen breakdown.Shop all eye care at Jurlique.*Based on a study of the expressions of collagenase (MMP1) in skin cells treated with Bio-Intrinsic Yarrow against a control vehicle over a period of 24 hours. WHAT IS EYE SERUM AND HOW DO I USE ONE? - Jurlique US

WHAT IS EYE SERUM AND HOW DO I USE ONE?

Gels, cream, serums, lotions…there’s a whole host of skin care products out there and unless you’re a fan of the 12-step routine, adding another product to your ritual can sometimes feel like another one too many. But there’s one skin care product that’s worthy of taking up prime real estate on your bathroom shelf: the eye serum.Chances are you’ve heard of face serums and already use one or two on rotation to target your skin concerns. But are you using a specific serum for the under-eye area? The skin around our eyes is thinner and more fragile than the skin on the rest of our face so it needs care, attention and specially formulated products. If you’re struggling with under eye bags, puffy eyes or wrinkles and you feel as though you need an extra boost to this area, an eye serum is the perfect addition to your skin care ritual. What is an eye serum?Like a face serum, the difference between eye serum and eye cream lies in the texture and formula. Eye serums are lighter in texture to an eye cream or gel and are highly concentrated, delivering intense hydration to help repair the skin around the eyes. An eye cream, however, seals in moisture and all the benefits of the products used before it, as well as protects the skin from environmental aggressors. And like face serums are applied before your moisturiser, eye serums are applied before your eye cream as they can penetrate deeper into the skin.Red bottle of Jurlique Herbal Recovery Signature Eye Serum next to white necklaceBenefits of using an eye serumDo eye serums really work? In a word, yes. An eye serum is so much more than an extra step. Depending on how the product is formulated, eye serums can:Hydrate and firm the skin around the eyesMinimise the appearance of wrinkles and fine linesReduce puffiness and dark circles around the eyesRestore and a radiant and youthful appearance.Of course, at Jurlique we believe that products formulated with quality, natural ingredients deliver the best results to the skin – and the same goes for eye serums. Our Herbal Recovery Signature Eye Serum is rich in farm grown, age-defying botanicals and natural antioxidants such as Viola Tricolor extract, Yarrow extract and Japanese Cedar Bud extract, which help to re-energise and protect the eye area. Signs of fatigue are minimised, skin feels firmer and more energised, and looks more even in tone. Don’t just take our word for it – 96% of users who tried Herbal Recovery Signature Eye Serum for 56 days said their skin around the eye area felt replenished and hydrated*.How to use an eye serumEvery good skin care ritual starts with cleansing the skin before applying a hydrating mist and face essence, such as Activating Water Essence. Apply your face serum as usual, then apply one pump of Herbal Recovery Signature Eye Serum to the fingertips and gently dab it around the eyes, morning and night. The eye serum can be used on its own but for the best results, apply a nourishing eye gel or cream on top, such as Herbal Recovery Signature Eye Cream. The thicker layer of the eye cream will help seal in moisture and protect the skin against daily aggressors.Transform your skin with Herbal Recovery Signature Eye Serum or shop all eye care at Jurlique. Like with most things, our best anti-ageing tip is that prevention is better than cure, so the earlier you start incorporating targeted anti-ageing skin care into your ritual, the better. Your early 20s is the best time to start, as it will slow down those visible signs of ageing from appearing. 5 REASONS TO USE A BODY EXFOLIATOR - Jurlique US

5 REASONS TO USE A BODY EXFOLIATOR

Face scrubs make up an important part of a lot of people’s skin care rituals, thanks to their ability to revitalise the skin, restore your natural glow and help fight signs of ageing. But is a body exfoliator also part of your routine? Just like face scrubs, a good body scrub can help you achieve smooth, even skin and reveal your best skin yet (perfect for summer when you’re showing a little more skin – and winter, when your body is probably in need of a bit more TLC). Read on for everything you need to know about exfoliation and how to choose the best body scrub for glowing skin (if you’re curious about face exfoliators, read our go-to guide here). 5 benefits of body exfoliation 1. Reveals radiant skin Just like we have dead surface skin cells on our face, the same goes for our body. Exfoliation thoroughly clears away those dead surface skin cells, revealing that refreshed, radiant and smooth skin underneath. 2. Smooths bumpy skin Ever notice your skin feeling a bit bumpy? Exfoliating regularly helps smooth bumpy skin and clean out impurities – as well as help reduce the appearance of dark spots. 3. Boosts circulation The best way to exfoliate your body is by using a circular action and applying light pressure. This can help to boost circulation as you increase the blood flow to the skin’s surface. This also promotes skin cell regeneration. 4. Helps hydrate skin When dead surface skin cells are left to build up, it can cause your skin to become dry, and your body lotions and creams will have to work harder to penetrate the layers of the skin they’re trying to reach. By exfoliating and sloughing those dead surface skin cells away, your body care has a better chance of absorbing into the skin fully. 5. Relaxes the body and mind Our skin is our body’s largest organ, so it should be given as much care and attention as we give to our internal health. Using a body scrub in the shower means you’ll be giving your body a gentle massage and is a great excuse for some quality ‘me time’ (not that we think you ever need an excuse…). How to use a body scrub It’s best to leave your skin to soften in a lukewarm shower for a few minutes before applying your scrub. Gently massage the scrub into your skin in circular motions (be careful not to scrub too hard as this could irritate the skin) and focus on areas where your skin is driest. Rinse thoroughly and follow with a hydrating lotion or oil such as our Softening Body Lotion Rose or Rose Body Oil. How many times should you exfoliate your body? Exfoliating frequency depends on your skin type. Those with sensitive and dry skin will benefit from using a body scrub once a week, while those with oilier skin might benefit from exfoliating three times a week. Start off using one once a week and building up your frequency over time, if you wish. How to choose a body scrub For the best results, choose a natural body scrub made with ingredients that will gently remove dead surface skin cells without irritating the skin. Our Smoothing Body Exfoliating Gel contains Walnut Shell powder to gently but thoroughly lift away dead surface skin cells and impurities, as well as hydrating Rosa gallica flower extract and herbal antioxidants to leave the skin feeling cleansed, soft, smooth and more radiant. Body exfoliation is an essential step to achieve smooth, glowing skin. Explore our range of Body products now, or visit our blog for more skin care and body care tips.
