Orders placed before 12:00 pm PST, Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays) are shipped within 2-3 days. Shipments to Hawaii are sent via USPS and can take up to 8 -10 business days. Expedited shipments to Hawaii will be sent via Fedex for an additional fee of $60.

Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. Box Addresses. We can ship orders to APO and FPO Boxes through Fedex Ground. Please allow for longer shipping time and please contact Customer Care for exact estimated time of arrival. We ship to Alaska, Hawaii through USPS Ground. Orders placed on our US website, Jurlique.com, can only be delivered to a US address. If you’re in Australia or the UK and selected European countries, you can shop from our Australia or UK online stores respectively.

Orders cannot be canceled or changed once placed online. Once checkout is completed, your order is immediately sent to our warehouse where and enters the order fulfillment process. However, you may return orders for a refund.

You will receive two emails after placing an order. The first email indicates that their order has been placed. Once the order has been picked and shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a second Order Desptach email that contains tracking details.

If you checked out as a registered customer you can check within the “My Orders” page of your account. If you haven’t received your tracking number, please check your email spam folder.
