Can I return or exchange my order?

  • If you are dissatisfied with any product purchased through our site, either used or unused, you may receive a refund within 30 days of receiving your purchase.
  • Returns will not be accepted after 30 days and are at the sole discretion of Jurlique. 
  • We do not process exchanges.

 

How do I return my order?

  • Email CustomerCareUSA@jurlique.com to begin your return, you will need to provide your Order Number and the item(s) you would like to return.
  • Following your request acceptance of a Return Authorization Number and return instructions will be sent via email from our Customer Care team.
  • Please be advised that a Return Authorization Number is required for all returns. Any returns sent to us without a Return Authorization Number will not be accepted. Return acceptance is at the sole discretion of Jurlique.
  • Purchases made on Jurlique.com cannot be returned to any other Jurlique third party. Additionally, Jurlique products purchased from third party cannot be returned to Jurlique.com.
  • If you return any product(s), you must also return any free gifts received with the purchase.

 

When can I expect my refund?

  • Once the returned purchase has been received by our warehouse, a refund will be provided through the original manner of purchase.
  • Please note that credit card transaction may take between 3–5 business days; while PayPal, Afterpay, or Shop Pay may take up to 21 business days after the return has been processed.
  • The return process may take up to one full billing cycle to be reflected on your credit card.
