Our commitment to sustainability is as strong as it was on day one, and this commitment only continues to grow with our pledge to 1% for the Planet. A global organisation that exists to ensure our planet and future generations thrive, 1% for the Planet inspires businesses and individuals to support environmental non-profits through every day actions. Since 2002, 1% for the Planet partners have supported initiatives spanning climate, food, land, pollution, water and wildlife.
Jurlique’s pledge will see 1% of proceeds of our Exclusive Edition Activating Water Essence+ donated to Regenerate Australia, the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF) Australia’s vision and program of action to ensure our environment, people and wildlife flourish. As WWF’s largest, most innovative wildlife and landscape regeneration program ever, Regenerate Australia has a bold and ambitious goal. It aims to rehabilitate and restore wildlife and habitats, and future-proof Australia against climate disasters.
Let’s Talk Sustainability
We want to encourage the conversation around sustainability and inspire you to make positive changes for the planet. We also believe in leading by example. We use biodynamic* farming methods, free from synthetic pesticides, herbicides and fertiliser; have installed solar panels and a complete solar power production system at our farm so we can use clean energy as much as possible; and, use recycled water to irrigate our crops, with rain water used for washing and drinking. We’re proud to say that our farm has sent zero waste to landfill since 2016. Sustainability is part of our consciousness and with 1% for the Planet, we act for the wellbeing of our planet in everything we do, now, and for the future.
