This helps to lock in moisture and ensures better absorption. Lightly pat your skin dry with a towel, leaving it a bit damp, and then proceed with the oil application.  Warm the OilTake a few drops of Rose Body Oil in the palm of your hand and warm it by rubbing your hands together. This not only makes the oil more pliable but also activates its relaxing rose aroma. Incorporate Massage TechniquesFor the full spa experience, try incorporating one or more of the following techniques favored by our spa experts.   Effleurage Effleurage, meaning 'to touch lightly on' involves smooth, gliding strokes to relax and warm the soft tissue helping to stimulate blood flow.Petrissage Petrissage includes squeezing, rolling, or kneading techniques for a deeper effect on soft tissue. Perform slow, rhythmic movements with the palm, fingers, and thumbs to target muscle tension.Friction Friction uses deep, circular movements to increase blood flow and release tension. To work out stubborn knots, use the ball of the thumb, fingers, or knuckles.Tapotement Tapotement involves rhythmic tapping, drumming, or cupping of the tissue, perfect for invigorating the skin at the end of your body care ritual.   4.
