Can I return or exchange my order?
As part of our commitment to customer service, Jurlique offers a fair return policy. If you are dissatisfied with any product purchased through our site that has been unopened or opened, you may receive a refund within 30 days of receiving your first time return purchase. After you request a Return Authorization number will be provided and you may keep or dispose of the item as you see fit.
Second time return purchases must be returned to the address listed below at the expense of the consumer and will only be eligible for a 50% refund. .
Purchases made on Jurlique.com cannot be returned to any other Jurlique stocklists or spas.
Please be advised that a Return Authorization Number is required on all returns. Any returns sent to us without a Return Authorization Number cannot be accepted. Return acceptance is at the sole discretion of Jurlique.
If returning an item(s), you must include all parts, pieces and printed materials in order to be eligible for a refund. Also, to ensure that your returns are received by Jurlique, please make sure to add insurance to your packages through your preferred mail delivery service..
We do not process exchanges.

How do I return an order?
Email or Contact Us Online to request a Return Authorization Number. Please provide your order number and let us know the products you would like to return.Wait to receive Return Authorization Number and return instructions by email from our Customer Care team. First time return purchases may keep or disposed of the item as they see fit and return shipment is not necessary.2nd time returns must include the item with your Return Authorization Number written clearly on the outside of the package and written on the original order invoice. Jurlique is not responsible for any return shipping costs or lost returnsOnce our warehouse confirms receipt of your return package, we will process a 50% refund back to your original form of payment. Jurlique US reserves the right to refuse returns from customers who have applied for 3 or more returns
This return process may take up to one full billing cycle to be reflected on your credit card.
Our Customer Care Team is available 9:00 am to 4:00 pm PST, Monday to Friday. Any enquiries sent on Saturday & Sunday will be responded to on the following business day.
When can I expect my refund or exchange?
All returns will be credited back to the original credit card used or your PayPal or Afterpay account within 21 business days of our warehouse receiving your return.
What if my order was wrong or the product is damaged?
Please contact us as soon as you can with your order number and details of the incorrect or damaged product.
