No, it just means that we’ve temporarily sold out of that item, and we’ll have new stock available soon. You can contact our Customer Care team to find out when it will be available again.

Simply go to your Shopping Bag and enter your code in the Promotion Code section on the right of the screen. Click the arrow button to apply the promotion code. The offer will then be applied to your order summary.
All offers are available for a limited time only and are subject to availability. Offers can’t be combined unless otherwise noted. If you have any problems using an offer code, get in touch with our Customer Care team.

We accept American Express, Discover, Mastercard or Visa cards. We currently do not accept international credit cards outside of the United States.
You can also choose to pay with PayPal. When selecting this option at checkout, you’ll be sent to the PayPal site to complete your payment. Once you’ve done this, you’ll be sent back to our website to confirm your order and finalize payment.
You can also pay fully or partially with a valid online gift voucher.
Afterpay is now available on the US website. We now accept Alipay and WeChat payment methods when checking out using a billing address registered in China.

Does Jurlique test on animals?
At Jurlique, we have always believed passionately in providing our consumers with highly effective, potent skin care products, developed with respect for our environment and without the use of animal testing.
We adhere to the strict requirements of the European Cosmetics Directive (76/768 ECC) and the European Commission Regulation (1223/2009), which prohibits the commissioning and testing on animals, of products and ingredients, for the purpose of developing new cosmetic products. Our skin care products are tested on consenting human volunteers by means of a “Cumulative Irritation Test” which determines the irritation and/or sensitization potential of a product after repeated application to the skin of human subjects.
We do not test our cosmetic and therapeutic products on animals as part of our product development process, we do not outsource this activity to any third parties, nor have we ever included animal testing in our product development process in the past. We work closely with our ingredient vendors to ensure they are aware of our company values and policies. We continue to adhere to the strict requirements of global cosmetic regulations regarding animal testing, with utmost respect for our customers and environment.
Additional information relating to local market laws
In China, local laws and regulations require that “general cosmetics”, subject to certain exemptions, and “special cosmetics” imported into China undergo animal testing to demonstrate consumer safety, as part of China’s product registration process.
China’s National Medical Products Administration has recently approved non-animal testing alternatives for the registration of “general cosmetics” where certain criteria can be met. Jurlique welcomes the introduction of alternatives to animal testing for general cosmetics and is working towards implementing the measures necessary to enable it to use these alterative testing methods. Animal testing is still required by law in China for the registration of “special cosmetics”, however, Jurlique is hopeful that alternative testing methods for these products will also be available in China soon.

Due to rising production, raw materials, freight and packaging costs, we will be increasing some of our prices by 7-9% in March 2025, in order to continue to deliver our high-quality seed to skin promise.
At Jurlique, we believe in the Life Force of Nature, so we intentionally choose the slow road, carefully cultivating and handpicking our botanicals, taking an artisanal approach to skincare that delivers results. While many brands produce overseas, our farm and beauty plant is based in Australia and has called the Adelaide Hills home for 40 years.
Over the past few years, we achieved new milestones including achieving B Corp certification, creating a new formulation charter to ensure our products are ultra-clean and a new packaging design to make our products more recyclable. These changes all require us to operate and deliver in a way that meets our strict brand commitments and high product quality.

We understand there is a cost of living crisis and while we always strive to keep our prices competitive, the volatile global economic environment has also meant that costs have skyrocketed having an impact on our ability to operate. To ensure we can continue to bring our customers the best in natural based skincare, our pricing strategy is reviewed and aligned to the cost of manufacturing, raw materials, freight and packaging.

Yes, a few of our products had a slight price increase in 2024. While we’ve tried to minimise price increases in the past, we needed to look at a significant adjustment to pricing this year of 7-9% increase across some of our range, in order to align to global rising operational, packaging and raw material costs.
