A face skincare routine should include both morning and night steps.
Morning skincare routine:
1. Massage cleanser onto wet skin, rinse with lukewarm water and pat dry.
2. Apply a hydrating face mist or essence to restore moisture and soften skin.
3. Follow with a serum or targeted skin treatment.
4. Massage in a moisturiser to hydrate and lock in moisture.
5. Apply eye cream.
6. Wear sunscreen to protect against harmful UV rays.
Night skincare routine:
1. Use a gentle foaming cleanser to remove makeup and impurities. For a deeper clean, try a double cleanse using an oil cleanser followed by a water-based cleanser.
2. Incorporate treatments, masks, facial oils or an exfoliator cleanser a few times a week.
3. Apply your day moisturiser or a rich night cream to support skin repair.
4. Use your day eye cream or a more hydrating evening cream.
