Simple At-Home Ritual Ideas
You don’t need an entire afternoon to enjoy the benefits of self-care. Even just a few minutes can restore calm, reconnect you with your breath, and nurture your skin and senses. Here are simple, achievable ways to create your own spa moments from home.
Set the Mood
Begin each ritual by lighting your chosen Balance or Relax Aromatherapy Candle. Let the soft glow and nature-inspired scent signal the shift from doing to being, offering a simple moment to pause, breathe, and ease into your ritual.
Add a Touch-Based Ritual
Pair your candle with a short skincare moment. Whether a facial massage or a gua sha ritual, touch helps deepen your connection to the present.
Warm 3–5 drops of your favourite Jurlique Face Oil in your palms, gently press onto your face, neck, and décolletage. Use your Gua Sha with gentle pressure, starting at your forehead and working outwards towards the temples. Glide along the eye area, cheeks, jawline, and neck to help boost circulation.
Acupressure & Breathwork
Enhance your at-home ritual by combining the power of scent and touch with a simple acupressure technique. Using your ring fingers, gently apply firm pressure to each of the following seven points, one at a time. Begin at the third eye (between the eyebrows), then move to the top of the forehead, the temples, in front of the ears, above the top lip, under the bottom lip, and finally, the centre of the chest (at the sternum).
As you press each point, breathe deeply, inhaling for four seconds and exhaling for four seconds, allowing your body to relax more deeply with every breath.
Evening Rituals
Whether you’re reading, journaling, listening to soft music, or simply unwinding in silence, light your Relax Candle and let the calming scent wrap around you as you transition into a restful evening and a more relaxed state of mind. To enhance the moment, add a soothing hand massage to your evening ritual. Using a small amount of Rose Hand Cream, rub your palms together, then gently knead each finger and the spaces between them.
